Doesn't summer vacation seem like ages ago? As more and more leaves seem to fall-and the
temperatures drop lower and lower-the stress levels tend to increase in our country.

For many folks the upcoming holidays means crowded malls, preparing for company and
school recitals. Instead of dealing with the last minute stresses of the holidays-it's a good
idea to start planning now. This way-you'll be able to enjoy the upcoming months and of you
course your family.

First of all, start organizing now-make a to do list and use your lunch break to get little
errands done. Keep a positive outlook on things-even if you have Scrooge as a boss. Pamper
yourself-eat right, get plenty of sleep and exercise. Another good tip this fall season--Learn
how to say NO to events that are not on the top of your list-you don't want to add more
stress to your already busy schedule. Plan for some downtime-whether it be a massage or
bubble bath…have some ME time.

Key thing is focus on your family, friends and fun..there is no reason to try and impress
people this time of the year-and if someone offers to help out, don't be afraid to gracefully
accept their offer.
