Homeowners that add a water feature, such as a spa (hot tub) to their backyard tend to
automatically relax right away- making them feel like they're at a resort while enjoying the comfort of being at home. Spas today provide hydrotherapy and massage for every part of the body. |

Lighting not only extends the time you can enjoy your backyard sanctuary but it also can
enhance the entire look of your house and landscaping, plus it's a great way to add security to your property. The first step you need to take when you begin focusing on outdoor lighting is to determine what to light. On this Your Healthy Home project, the we shed some light on how lighting systems can be used to highlight pathways, focus on trees, plants and ornamental stones plus highlight the home. |

More and more people are looking for ways to relax and distress in our world today. One of the
most important aspect to this BackYard Sanctuary project was the creation of a Healing Garden-- the garden can be seen as an instrument for the healing of mind, body and spirit. The landscape however was just one element to this garden-the mastermind behind this project, Tim Rowan, created the garden around a spectacular pool with a waterfall, fountain and fiberoptic lighting effects. Architectural pavers provide a feeling of security and solidity. In addition, low- maintenance fencing, though required on this project, was able to provide an elegant backdrop for the landscaping. |
