¼ cup fresh basil

¼ cup baby spinach
2 cups thickened vegetable stock
¼ cup unsweetened apple juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
pinch of salt and pepper
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
