BBQ TOFU STIR-FRY
BBQ SAUCE Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
½ white onion
1 can of ketchup
¼ bottle rice vinegar
1 cup orange juice
3 tbsp coffee grinds (Highlander grogg)
Juice of 3 limes
7 squirts tobasco sauce
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup honey
2 tbsp molasses
1 tbsp chili powder
½ tbsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp cilantro

Preparation
Mince onions and garlic and sauté in olive oil. Next add the rest of the
ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes.
TOFU STIR-FRY Ingredients
2 cups tofu cut in ¾ in squares
½ tablespoon oil
1 cup BBQ Sauce
2 cups stir-fry vegetables


Preparation
Sear the tofu in hot oil. Add the BBQ sauce and vegetables. Heat thoroughly.
