Ingredients:

5 shrimp
One cup Cannelini Beans
4 cloves of roasted garlic
3 TBS of Olive Oil
Sea Salt or regular salt
2 TBS Italian Parsley
2 TBS Fresh Dill
2 TBS Fresh Rosemary
Radicchio for Garnish

Directions:

Start with some garlic and olive oil in a preheated pan-sautee. Add
about five shrimp. Add a dash of sea salt. Once shrimp are done
cooking-add to a bowl of cannelini canned beans (one cup). Add flat
leaf parsley or Italian parsley, fresh dill, fresh rosemary and a pinch of
sea salt and pepper. Add a bit more olive oil and mix. Plate on top of
sliced radicchio-Buon Appetit!
