Ingredients:

-4 oz. Chicken Tenders
-Flour
-Olive Oil
-2 Tablespoons of Pesto
-1 Tablespoons of Sundried Tomatoes
-3 Cloves of Roasted Garlic
-Pinch of Sea Salt
-Pepper
-Dash of White wine (Can Substitute: Chicken or Vegetable Stock)
-2 Tablespoons of Tofu Sour cream
-1 Tablespoon of Soy Milk Creamer
-2 Cups of Pre-Cooked Pasta of Your Choice

Directions:

Sautee lightly floured Chicken Tenders in olive oil. Add 2 TBS of
Pesto, 1 TBS of Sundried Tomatoes, 3 cloves of roasted garlic.
Add a pinch of sea salt and pepper. Add a dash of white wine,
2 TBS of Tofu Sour cream, 1 TBS of soy milk creamer. Sautee for
about 2 minutes til blended and creamy. Toss pre-cooked pasta
into the frying pan. Plate and enjoy! Bon Appetit!
