Red Snapper Under Rock Salt
Ingredients:
1 Red Snapper
1-2 lbs Sea Salt
¼ Cup of Flour
¼ Cup of Water
1 Lemon
Parsley
Directions:
Take a sheet pan and cover it with foil because it's going to get messy. Put
rock salt into a bowl, add a quarter cup of flour and an equal amount of water…this will bind the salt when you put it into the oven.
Mound this sea salt mixture over the fish-cover completely.
Preheated oven at 500-degrees- this will take 25 minutes to cook
After 25 minutes, take chef knife and bang on fish to remove sea salt.
To get the meat out-use two spoons down center of fish-this comes off
very easily. Add just a little lemon on my fish-and a bit of parsley. This is a great way to incorporate some healthy food into your diet-hope you enjoy it!! |
