Low-Fat Orange Flan

Ingredients:
3 -3/4 Cup Fat free half and half
1/3 cup of sugar
¼ of Frozen Concentrate Orange Juice
6 Egg Whites
3 Whole Eggs
¼ Tablespoon Orange Blossom Water or Orange Extract

*Caramel Mixture for Bundt Pan
¼ cup of sugar over low heat for 10 minutes

Directions:
Add fat free half and half, sugar and Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate to a pot-
and simmer on stove top. In a large bowl, add egg whites, whole eggs and ¼
Tablespoon orange blossom water or orange extract and beat together. Once
you've beaten eggs together..pour into the egg mixture bowl the simmered milk
mixture and stir.

Pour caramel mixture (*see above) evenly over the bottom of the bundt pan. Next,
Add flan mixture to bundt pan. Place bundt pan into a large double boiler (Bay
Marie). Fill the double boiler with boiling water to approximately half-way up the
bunt pan. Place into oven at 350 degrees for one hour.

After an hour-use a knife to go around the edge of the flan so it comes out of mold
easily. Take flat plate and place on top of flan and flip over, tap and remove mold.
You can add strawberries or kiwi to the flan-all of this and low fat too! Enjoy!
