Ingredients:

3 Tablespoons of olive oil
6 Cloves of garlic
1 Cup of cherry tomatoes - chopped in half
1 2-pound bag of mussels
1/2 Cup of white wine
Fresh parsley
Pinch of red pepper
Pinch of salt
Pinch of oregano
Cooked Linguine



Directions:

Add olive oil in heated pan. Add garlic and tomatoes. Add cleaned mussels.
Add parsley, salt, red pepper, oregano and white wine. Cover and steam
for about a minute and a half until mussels open up. Add cooked linguine
(cooked for about 7 minutes until al-dente) into the pan with the cooked
mussels. Toss linguine in the sauce. Pile linguine on plate, and decorate
with mussels and tomatoes. Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh parsley.
Serve with a nice loaf of bread to soak-up that sauce.
