Ingredients:

2 four to six oz. Tuna steaks
Half cup of Balsamic vinegar (divide in half)
Quater cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (divide in half)
1 red onion - sliced (divide in half)
1 clove of minced Garlic
4-5 cloves of Roasted Garlic
2 Tablespoons of Oregano
2 Tablespoons of Mint
2 Tablespoons of Dill
Dash of Red Wine (optional)
Fresh Lemon (for garnish)


Directions:

Marinate Tuna steaks for 2 hours or more in half of the vinegar,
olive oil, onion, garlic and half of the oregano, mint and dill.
In a sauce pan, half an hour before grilling the tuna, slowly
sautee the second half of the vinegar, oil, onion, garlic, oregano,
mint, dill and a dash of red wine. Add a pinch of salt and pepper
to taste, and slowly simmer until sauce is reduced, and onions are cooked.

On a 400 degree grill, cook tuna steaks 3 minutes on each side.
Plate and cover with sauce. Garnish with extra mint leaves and lemon.
