A Healthy Twist to a Classic Dessert !. .

8 oz. of Dark Chocolate
2 Tablespoons of Honey
1 container of Silken Tofu
3 Tablespoons of Chocolate Soy Milk
Hazel Nut syrup


Directions:

Melt dark chocolate, then add honey.
Put Tofu into blender, add soy milk and hazel nut syrup, and blend.
Once blended add melted chocolate right into blender, and blend.
Pour mixture into cappuccino cups, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
When mousse is firm, garnish with hazelnuts, and enjoy !
